Do you remember when you were a kid and worked in a paper drive?  The way it works is that you announce that you will be collecting used cooking oil at a location and let everyone in your community know on what date to drop it off.  CNF America will bring the collection container to be filled, then you facilitate the oil consolidation and finally we pick it up at a later date.
