Robyn Hastings - Plant Director
Robyn Hastings manages the financial operations and
the plant operations at the CNF plant in Marion. Ms. Hastings has over 20 years experience
of managing finance and operations for various companies throughout
Southern Illinois. She has experience in a wide range of industries
from large industrial organizations to large property management
companies.
David Becker - Vice President HR and Compliance
With over 20 years of progressively challenging accomplishments
to his credit, David Becker joins the CNF America team as Vice President of
Human Resources and Compliance.
Following his graduation from Southern
Illinois University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree, Mr. Becker began
his professional career in the chemical reclamation industry as Manager of
Sales and Collection Services at Clayton Chemical of Sauget, IL. Recruited to the Department of Labor’s Bureau
of Labor Statistics in Washington, DC, Mr. Becker created Hazard Communications
and Safety programs for the Bureau; and was consequently promoted to create,
implement and manage nationwide recruitment programs. Mr. Becker has parlayed these initial
experiences in Human Resources and Environmental & Safety Compliance into a
highly successful career providing these services to a wide variety of
industries: aerospace, automotive, international
telecommunications, and international business consultation.
Mike Becker - Board Member
Previous to CNF, Mr. Becker
was Director of Business Operations for SAVVIS Communications.
Prior
to SAVVIS, Mr. Becker held various senior positions at the Saudi
Arabian Oil Company in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, Litton PRC in St. Louis,
MO and National Geospatial Intelligence Agency in St. Louis, MO.
He
has received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering in 1986 from
Purdue University. He also has a Master of Science degree in Forestry
(1983) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Forestry (1980) from Southern
Illinois University at Carbondale.
